A long-standing BIG Partnership client, NWCR was looking for new ways to interact with donors and increase donations.
BIG created the #suncreamselfie campaign to highlight a prevalent cancer in Liverpool and create engagement with NWCR.
We secured engagement via #suncreamselfie which encouraged people to upload, share and nominate selfies. We also set up a dedicated text message donation process for the campaign,
To further promote the campaign, we also created content which highlighted the impact of skin cancer in Liverpool and held six roadshows targeting new stakeholders, including one at Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
The campaign had an overall reach of 8.9 million. This in turn generated a 200% increase text donations during the campaign from baseline. Our roadshows also had an attendance of over 2,000.
