Since 2015, BIG has been retained by Macdonald Hotels & Resorts to raise awareness of their collection of properties throughout the UK.

We deliver an integrated marketing program, managing all PR functions and co-ordinating marketing activity for the entire group.

We act as an extension of the internal team and managing everything from organising press trips for top travel and lifestyle journalists from around the world, delivering bespoke events, coming up with creative PR ideas and managing the corporate profile.

The BIG team are also just a phone call away to provide expert advice on crisis communications strategies.

Over the years, we’ve created a range of different campaigns for Macdonald Hotels, including attracting guests for overnight stays, promoting the wedding facilities, encouraging day trips to the spa and showcasing the collection of golf courses.

We manage the account on a hub and spoke model, crafting compelling brand stories which are then tailored for the individual hotels and resorts.

This approach is not only highly efficient and effective but allows us to ensure consistency in messaging across the group.
