BIG Partnership was selected to implement an impactful and effective PR campaign, with the aim of raising awareness of Merseytravel’s Summer Evening Cruise Programme and increasing overall ticket sales.
BIG Partnership identified and created compelling content and tailored media releases which created excitement and buzz about the cruises among the target audience.
We developed a series of press familiarisation trips to bring the experience to life. We also ensured ROI was measured by delivering a trackable link to the booking page in all media coverage.
Through our efforts, Mersey Ferries were able to sell 100% of available tickets between July and August 2015. PR coverage led to 339 ticket sales as shown through our tracked links. The campaign ROI was £27,200 (based on ticket sales).
