Being invited to develop the Mackie’s website was a design dream come true!
Telling the story of the Mackie’s brand effectively, presenting their core brand values and communicating their affordable, authentic and indulgent USP is backed up with great design that remains true to the Mackie’s brand, making it instantly recognisable to customers and trade.
After reviewing customer feedback, researching what makes Mackie’s special and applying a marketing-led approach to the site, we placed emphasis on the ‘natural ingredients’, ‘a family business’ and ‘from the farm’ characteristics into the site.
The impactful, bright, visual site, with sunny farmyard scenes front and centre, launched at the Royal Highland Show receiving excellent feedback from customers. There was a 31% increase in unique visitors to the site in comparison to the previous period and a cool 3,000 newsletter subscribers were acquired in the first three months.
