Keep Scotland Beautiful approached us to ask for assistance with scoping, writing, structuring and designing their annual review which was being produced as a result of developing their social accounts. It was imperative therefore that the publication reflected the brand accurately, communicated reach and impact, and, reported on outcomes in a simple, visual format for both online and offline audiences.
We met with Keep Scotland Beautiful to discuss and scope out the brief for the project before providing a suggested narrative and structure. Once agreed, we began the creative process of considering how to present the information in an engaging and visual way, using the new brand elements and guidelines. Several creative options were presented to the client and one concept was chosen for further development.
We produced a 20 page annual review which is laid out to report clearly on the strategic objectives of the charity. The content is presented with bold imagery and the saltire graphic element give the publication a natural flow, whilst the saltire folder gives a simple but bold edge to the publication.
The publication received positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders and provides the organisation with useful tool for explaining the charity’s aims and its impact and reach to current and future stakeholders.
