BIG Partnership is thrilled to announce the promotion of Rochelle Adie to Head of Marketing Services.
Rochelle’s journey at BIG began back in 2015 when she accepted a role as Digital Marketing Executive. Over the course of the next seven years, Rochelle proceeded to work her way through the ranks and even switched departments, moving to our marketing and projects team in 2018.
Rochelle was the first hire into Glasgow’s Marketing Projects team in 2018 and it is due in no small part to her impressive skillset and absolute commitment to being a team player that the marketing department has grown considerably over the last 4 years. Rochelle has also been a champion for her clients, leading on several high-profile projects including: one of Scotland’s largest ever place-making projects with Winchburgh Developments, specialist child and youth charity, Kibble, as well as Scotland’s Airline, Loganair, and major UK port operator, Peel Ports Group.
In her new role as Head of Marketing Services, Rochelle will oversee her team working across all of BIG’s offices to further strengthen our strategic marketing offering to clients. As well as working with the marketing team to ensure our marketing services are best in class. Rochelle will also continue to work closely with the wider business and the creative team as BIG aims to take on and deliver ever more impressive projects.
What makes this announcement especially satisfying is the fact that Rochelle joined the business as a graduate seven years ago and through her determination, hard work, and brilliant attitude has carved out a hugely successful career at BIG. Indeed, Rochelle is an excellent embodiment of all of BIG’s values – someone who is hugely committed and supportive of her colleagues, who always looks to go the extra mile in everything she does, and someone who consistently delivers above & beyond for her clients. Along with many others who have joined BIG as graduates and progressed through the ranks into senior roles, Rochelle’s story is another great example of the career progression opportunities available at BIG.
