An experiential activation that turned over 100,000 CHSS Advice Line calls into national news

As Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland’s Advice Line turned 30, BIG marked the anniversary by building a story people could step into, not just read about. ‘Take a Chair, Hear a Story’ put a CHSS tartan armchair and a ringing rotary-style phone in two of Scotland’s busiest shopping centres at Braehead in Glasgow and the St James Quarter in Edinburgh, encouraging the public to sit down and hear a real caller’s voice sharing their own story and meet the nurses behind it. National press, influencer coverage and a visit from Jenni Minto MSP followed, with 98 brand mentions. With combined footfall of around 90,000 between the two locations, the CHSS brand was significantly elevated over the two days of activation.
