Kirsty Rice

Kirsty makes complex delivery predictable – work that lands on time, on budget and to scope.
She has spent more than a decade delivering some of the world’s biggest sporting events, including Olympics and World Championships, managing complex project delivery and ensuring they were delivered on time and within budget. She now translates this hands-on delivery experience and applies it to keeping the BIG operational machine running and continually improving efficiency.
At BIG she shapes the processes and policies behind client delivery, drawing on both agency and client-side experience. Kirsty works in the background to compile all the numbers and data to provide valuable insight and sharper decisions for our client delivery teams.
Outside work, Kirsty can be found swimming in the lochs across the Trossachs (once the water hits double figures) and potters in her garden.
