She has 20 years in PR and public affairs, seven of them with a London agency specialising in construction, property and regeneration. Kat has led stakeholder engagement for St James Quarter on behalf of Nuveen, advised pension funds M&G Real Estate and Hermes Real Estate, and held account director secondments with Clydesdale Bank and Virgin Money.
At BIG, Kat combines direct client responsibility with leadership across the PR and Public Affairs teams, keeping strategy and delivery aligned to commercial outcomes.
Kat lives in Glasgow with her husband and two daughters and is an amateur runner.
