Emma is the person who takes a brief and works out fast which parts of BIG’s team it actually needs, then builds around it.
With 25+ years across global networks and independent agencies, Emma has held senior new business roles including Managing Partner at Havas Media and New Business Director at agencies including The Kite Factory, Southpaw and Cheil UK. She has won or led pitches for organisations including BBC, Camelot, British Red Cross, Redrow and Skin & Me.
At BIG, Emma is New Business Director, working with the leadership team to build and support the agency’s growth.
One of six children in a family of serial entrepreneurs, she’s been spotting opportunity for as long as she can remember.
