Recognised as one of the country’s most effective crisis communications specialists, Alex has spent a quarter of a century helping organizations big and small overcome myriad challenges.
From industrial issues and fatal workplace accidents to boardroom disputes and complex court cases, he provides expert, experienced and pragmatic guidance to a wide range of businesses, often working in tandem with legal advisors.
A former court reporter, he has acted on behalf of clients at numerous fatal accident inquiries and high-profile court cases, including the Flying Phantom tug boat tragedy, the Cameron House Hotel fire deaths and on behalf of several care home clients during the Covid pandemic.
As the longest-serving director on BIG’s board, he continues to provide valuable counsel to the company’s senior team.
