BIG Careers

The BIG Partnership values effort, initiative and a positive mindset. Most of our team are graduates but the right attitude is far more important than the right degree. We have a very varied portfolio of clients and so require a wide range of skills to deliver our dynamic, integrated campaigns.  We are always keen to hear from creative and innovative individuals from any area of the PR world but digital skills are a must.

We ask staff in an annual survey what they like about working here and the quality, support and friendliness of colleagues consistently takes the top score.

As vacancies arise we can offer opportunities from entry level to very senior positions, across five office locations from Aberdeen to Liverpool.

All live vacancies are advertised here on the careers pages but if there’s nothing currently advertised, we’re always happy to accept speculative CVs and genuinely promise to keep them on file if they fit our requirements.
