A former senior print and broadcast journalist, Charlene has over 20 years of experience in communications.
Since joining BIG in 2011, she has managed and delivered strategic communications campaigns for a wide range of clients across sectors including property, healthcare, professional services, banking, retail and food and drink. She has extensive knowledge of the UK media landscape and operations, and a strong network of media contacts.
As well as being a fan of hillwalking, Charlene is also one of the most frequent cyclers to work in the Glasgow office.
